A little bit of linen

I had a computer.
It held all my bookmarked sites.
Things that inspired me and things that I would one day want in my home.

It died.
I was very sad.
I was also happy that TGWH had backed up all the pics on it.

But there were so many site addresses that were gone.

A few weeks ago on one of those net sessions where you go from site to site to site I read about a crafter who had just received these....

They look nice I thought. I have a bit of a 'thing' for linen, especially in the kitchen.

As I read on she said they came from overseas and the site was a click away.

What I saw made my heart do a little happy dance.

It took me to the homepage of 'Labour and Wait'.

I had completely forgotten about this site.

There I reminded myself of the sense of calm that has been missing from my life for the past few weeks.

Who knew a linen dishcloth could do so much?

  1. Now they sure are some nice linen dishcloths...

I love the little ennamel teapots too - some serious damage could be done on that site.

Thanks for sharing - Jodie :)

p.s. bummer about your computer, we don't realise how much we rely on them for our sanity until something like that happens...
